Return Policy

At JS Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works:

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories present.

  • Customised, engraved or resized gemstones/jewellery are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Send an email to support@jsgems.in or call +91 72047 36365 within the 7-day window, quoting your Order ID and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and if approved, provide you with return instructions.

  • Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it back using the courier of your choice (unless advised otherwise).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received defective, damaged or incorrect.

  • Please retain courier tracking information until your return is completed.

4. Inspection & Restocking

  • After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If the item is found to be used, worn, missing parts, or not in original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return.

5. Refund or Exchange

  • If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was shipped in error or is defective.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised, engraved or resized gemstones/jewellery (unless defective).

  • Clearance or promotional-sale items marked “Final Sale”.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered:

  • Report to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or video evidence.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost) based on your preference and product availability.
