At JS Gems, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering premium-quality gemstones and jewelry. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You have reported the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certificates and tags intact.
Note: Customized or engraved products are non-refundable, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defects.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:

Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing images/videos as proof.
Once approved, return the item safely packed through a reliable courier service.
Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
Custom-made or engraved gemstones/jewelry.
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
Digital gift cards or vouchers.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
