At JS Gems, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering premium-quality gemstones and jewelry. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

  • Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 10 days.


2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@jsgems.in / +91 72047 36365 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing images/videos as proof.

  3. Once approved, return the item safely packed through a reliable courier service.

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
