5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

  • We’ll inspect the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable).
